is a certified company which holds a valid general contracting licence with the Quebec Government licencing body (RBQ).

Since 1987, company President, Richard Lévesque has performed general contracting work in the North-Shore region of Montreal and Lanaudière area. He received an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the prestigious HEC in 1988.

Our houses are covered by the Garantie Construction Résidentielle (GCR) New Residential Housing Warranty plan. The warranties that apply to this plan include:

• Deposit protection up to a maximum of $50,000
• A standardized, legal form used to monitor the work in progress which identifies the elements that necessitate changes or require completion, if required, at time of delivery of property
• A warranty covering components with protection ranging from 1 to 5 years, as required
